Conscious Breath – A Pranayama Workshop
This Two hour workshop will leave you feeling HIGH! The breath is such a powerful tool in yoga and in life. It is the link from the external to the internal, the anchor to the present moment, and a tool to developing a more conscious mind, healthy body and controlled emotions. We’ll go over various techniques taught to me by my teacher, Promila Paul, and discuss the ancient texts that give us the insight to how important this daily practice can be!
- Please refrain from eating two hours before the workshop
- Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a cushion to sit on
